Draft Opinion By Supreme Court On Abortion And Its Implications
It appears that the Supreme Court may overrule a constitutional right related to abortion. In case the draft opinion passes the final vote it would result in major societal and legal changes in the country.
This would mean that woman will be losing their rights to
take decision about such a sensitive thing like abortion.
Even when such decision may affect their health or life.
Minority and poor woman are particularly going to face
difficulties because of this decision. However, it could be
considered a win for conservative activist who consider
abortion as inhuman process. Decision have political
implications as well. As states where Republicans govern
will likely ban abortion and on the opposite side
Democratic-led states will be keeping it legal.
